About the Role
Title: Senior Manager Seams Administration
Location: Carmel United States
Job Description:
Starting Salary Range: $170,000.00 - 193,000.00 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
As our Senior Manager Seams Administration, you will help MISO by leading a team and exploring challenging business problems that include working with seams neighbors and industry groups.
As the Senior Manager Seams Administration, you will be part of the team that is fast-paced, diverse and provides innovative ideas to challenges in the industry related to the changing resource fleet across the interconnection. You should be highly organized and easily build trust with others while being flexible and adaptable.
In one year as our Senior Manager Seams Administration, you will know you were successful if you provide transparency on how Seams Administration work aligns with MISO strategy, you bring others along to learn about Seams Administration and mentor your team made up of new to the industry and well experienced advisors.
We are looking for talented professionals who have:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. (Add 4 additional years of experience to the technical experience requirement without a bachelor's degree)
- At least ten years of technical experience
- At least five years of management experience
We would also prefer candidates with the following:
- Specific experience and demonstrable skills within any of the following: process driven, and flexible/adaptable, project reporting/management, technical writing, strong collaboration, and excels at written and verbal communications skills.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
