The Senior Multimedia Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the firm’s multimedia strategy while leading a team of creative professionals. This leader oversees the creation and production of high-impact multimedia content, including video, audio, and design, and actively contributes to developing innovative approaches that elevate and differentiate the firm’s brand and marketing efforts. The role works closely with the Managing Director of Multimedia Marketing and the Multimedia Marketing Operations Lead to align on priorities, strategy, and operational excellence. By managing and mentoring a talented multimedia team, this role drives projects from concept to delivery with a sharp focus on quality, emerging trends, and future-focused opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise, is passionate about pushing creative boundaries, and thrives on guiding a team to produce content that stands out in the marketplace
What You Will Do:
• Drive the multimedia production strategy to support marketing, brand, and firm objectives.
• Provide strong team leadership, managing, mentoring, and developing multimedia artists and other direct reports.
• Partner closely with the Multimedia Marketing Operations Lead to optimize production workflows, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Measure and report on multimedia content performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Maintain deep expertise in multimedia platforms, technologies, best practices, and evolving industry trends.
• Develop a strong understanding of target audiences and key messaging to inform creative direction.
• Collaborate with Brand, Client Development, and Communications teams on concept development, storytelling, and execution.
• Oversee production schedules and workflows, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Provide clear direction and feedback to internal teams and external partners to uphold technical and brand standards.
• Coordinate with in-house IT and A/V teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.
• Edit, animate, transcode, and compress multimedia content as needed.
• Organize and maintain media assets, storyboards, and designs.
• Oversee the digital asset management system and multimedia archives.
• Manage upkeep of video production equipment and optimize in-house studios.
• Scout, secure, and coordinate shoot locations.
• Maintain and track project budgets.
Who You Are:
• 7-10 years of proven experience in video and multimedia production, with additional experience in major media or large corporate environments preferred.
• Significant experience managing and leading creative teams.
• Proven experience as a strong team leader, with demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and develop creative teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and time management.
• Advanced knowledge of professional videography equipment, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, live production, and storyboarding.
• Audio expertise, including experience with mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, and recording techniques.
• Mastery of post-production tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and related software.
• Strong portfolio of multimedia work showcasing a range of video and audio projects.
• Awareness of industry trends and a forward-thinking approach to multimedia strategy and content differentiation.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to all levels of the organization.
• Experience with live-streaming events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Strong project management abilities, including process implementation and continuous improvement mindset. •Standard office hours with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
• Travel is approximately 25%, primarily for on-location shoots.
