Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
Our Growth Marketing team is looking to add a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing with expert-level customer acquisition experience across SEM, ABM, and paid social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook / Meta). In this highly analytical and hands-on role, you'll build, manage, and optimize campaigns that directly impact business growth.
You'll partner cross-functionally with business unit leads, analytics, and data teams to manage large budgets, track and report on performance metrics, and unlock new growth channels. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being deep in the data, has strong technical and marketing instincts, and thrives in a performance-driven, test-and-learn environment.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, etc.) and SEM, with a track record of driving measurable growth in B2B SaaS demand generation funnels
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Direct experience managing marketing budgets of $50M+
- Deep, hands-on experience with campaign execution and optimization across the full funnel, from impression to conversion
- Experience with Tableau and Salesforce (SFDC) for performance tracking and attribution
- Experience building campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, ad uploads, tracking/tagging, and GTM milestone planning
- Experience analyzing campaign performance to the Ad Group, Campaign, and Keyword level
- Familiarity with SQL or automation tools for reporting and performance insights (nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Systems, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience such as managing $50M+ annual marketing budgets

- Strong communication skills; proactively shares insights and flags issues before they escalate
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-directed in managing projects from start to finish
- Creative thinker with a bias for testing, iteration, and continuous optimization
- Comfortable building rapport across functions and aligning multiple stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-growing environment with evolving priorities
- Thrives in a collaborative culture that values humility, curiosity, and results-driven experimentation
This hybrid role requires in-office work (Mon, Tues, Thurs) at either our San Jose, CA or Draper, UT office. Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of one of these locations or relocate by the start date. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
San Jose pay range
$150,800 - $185,000 USD
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
Draper UT pay range
$128,200 - $160,000 USD
