We have several exciting Senior Home Lending Specialists opportunities available. For the right individuals these opportunities can be in Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart.
Do work that matters
The key aim of this role will be to actively expand the portfolio, to manage customers, and thorough sound needs assessment and your extensive Home Lending expertise provide customised solutions.
More specifically, you will:
- Leverage extensive expertise to detail options, value propositions, and address queries and handle objections effectively in a range of lending scenarios.
- Develop a reputation as a trusted advisor by guiding customers and business partners on the lending journey.
- Foster advocates, emphasizing CBA's ability to cultivate authentic, enduring relationships.
- Lead passionate lenders, embodying values to drive collective success.
- Proactively utilize industry and customer networks to enhance and share knowledge of regulatory requirements, impacting market, industry, customers, and the Group.
- Apply Group's risk framework to attract/retain customers. Question risk situations and promote a speak-up culture.
