Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our North America DSO organization within Envista. This position will partner closely with NA DSO sales team, finance management, and other business units’ finance teams to provide timely month-end close, financial forecasts, and insightful reporting and analyses.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the preparation of forecasts, annual budget, and strategic plan including the consolidation of relevant data from business units.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide operating expense, headcount, admin fees, and rebates projections.
- Prepare forecast and planning related reporting and variance analysis.
- Review financials and statistics to submit necessary adjustments to HFM.
- Assist in sales forecasting and reporting activities as needed.
Manage month-end close activities for NA DSO sales organization
- Provide clear guidance and communication to ensure alignments on close timeline and deliverables.
- Responsible for accurate recording of operating expenses, headcount, admin fees cross charges, and rebates cross charges.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reporting activities and provide variance analysis and succinct commentary on a timely basis.
Enhance business analysis and financial models
- Improve existing models for bonus, admin fees, rebates, and operating expense projections.
- Create financial models and scenarios analysis to support key management decisions and the prioritization of investments.
- Leverage databases and analytical tools to improve reporting and analysis.
Drive system and process improvements
- Simplify, standardize, and automate recurring reporting and deliverables. Shorten preparation time and improve financial visibility to management and business units.
- Participate in process and system enhancement projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of relevant FP&A and Accounting experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with large enterprise accounting/reporting/planning systems (Oracle and HFM preferred).
- Working knowledge of SOX, controls, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and investigative skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and with the ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid environment.

- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Tableau preferred).
