WHERE THIS ROLE SITS:

  • Remote-first with occasional in-office collaboration as needed.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Manages the CEO’s calendar, scheduling high-priority meetings, and ensuring efficient time allocation.
  • Coordinates international and domestic travel, handling logistics and itinerary planning.
  • Acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Maintains confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supports the CEO with administrative functions, including expense management, reporting, and special projects.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Fluent in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally, to support business needs.
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking is a plus.
