As a Senior Director M&A here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywell's mergers and acquisitions strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, leading deal negotiations, and overseeing post-merger integration. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to drive successful M&A outcomes will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.

In this role, the impact of a Senior Director of M&A is comprehensive, encompassing strategic growth, financial performance, risk management, advanced valuation, strategic direction, due diligence, legal compliance, advanced integration planning, stakeholder relations, advanced market and competitive analysis, advanced deal execution, advanced post-merger performance monitoring, long-term strategy, and shareholder value. Your role is instrumental in shaping the organization's most complex M&A strategies, ensuring that deals align with its goals and contribute to its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the M&A strategy for Honeywell
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence
- Prepare advanced valuation models and financial forecasts
- Lead deal negotiations and transaction documentation
- Oversee postmerger integration activities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful M&A outcomes
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex M&A transactions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
