Strategic partner in supporting the growth and client development of our Financial Lines Claims consulting services, including D&O, E&O, R&W, Financial Institutions, Fidelity/Crime, Cyber, and EPLI coverage lines.
This position is part-time and flexible, with a focus on business development, relationship management, and strategic guidance.
Qualifications
Required:

20+ years of professional experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on Financial Lines claims (including D&O, E&O, R&W, EPLI, Cyber, Fidelity/Crime, and Financial Institutions).

Prior leadership experience in a claims executive role (e.g., Head of Claims, SVP, or equivalent) at a major insurance carrier.

Deep, active network of contacts at insurance carriers and panel law firms engaged in Financial Lines matters.

Strong understanding of Financial Lines policy forms, claims processes, coverage evaluations, and litigation strategy.

Proven experience managing complex litigation and arbitration claims, including settlement strategy and panel counsel oversight.

Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior legal, claims, and underwriting stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify business development opportunities and shape go-to-market approaches.

Comfortable working in a part-time, flexible role, with the ability to self-manage hours and engagements.

Willingness to participate in targeted marketing and networking events, both virtual and in-person.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $150/hour - $200/hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
