Description

Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Digital Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in digital marketing strategy who are eager to lead cross-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive strategic growth initiatives. As a Digital Specialist, you will collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop and execute data-informed digital strategies that enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.

What To Expect

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, campaign objectives, and business priorities.
  • Cross-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create and execute integrated campaigns across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, and display advertising).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and drive better outcomes.
  • Collaborative Integration: Work independently while seamlessly integrating with larger teams and cross-functional projects, aligning digital strategies with broader business goals.
  • Digital Strategy Governance: Contribute to the development of strategy guidelines, governance, and workflows that ensure consistency and support future growth.

What You Need

  • 5+ years of digital strategy experience with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies in B2B, B2C, and Partner affiliate environments.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create strategies across a variety of channels (SEO, social media, websites, email, etc.).
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage projects with minimal oversight, and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with larger teams.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital landscape, with the flexibility to adjust strategies as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with agility and accountability.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment. This is your chance to play a key role in the continued success of our company. Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, innovative, and focused on healthy living. Carson strives to promote the health and wellness of its stakeholders by maintaining a tobacco-free workplace.

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, age or any other characteristic protected by law.
