As the Senior Creative Resource Manager you will be part of the Global Creative Team working as a Hybrid employee out of Towson, Maryland. You will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and optimization of creative resources across all global markets. This role ensures the right talent is assigned to the right projects at the right time, balancing workloads, maximizing efficiency, and supporting the delivery of high-quality creative work. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, deep understanding of creative processes, and experience managing resources in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.You will also get to:

Manage and optimize the allocation of creative resources (designers, copywriters, art directors, producers, etc.) across global projects and campaigns.

Partner with creative, project management, and regional teams to understand project scopes, timelines, and resource needs.

Maintain a comprehensive view of all active and upcoming projects, proactively identifying potential resource gaps, conflicts, or bottlenecks.

Lead weekly resource planning meetings, providing clear visibility into team capacity, availability, and utilization.

Develop and implement resource management processes, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and transparency.

Track and report on resource utilization, productivity, and project assignments, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of creative talent, including freelancers and external partners as needed.

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, ensuring creative teams are supported, engaged, and set up for success.

Serve as a key point of contact for resource-related inquiries and escalations, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in creative resource management.

Bachelor’s degree in Creative Management, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field.

7+ years of experience in creative resource management, traffic management, or creative operations, preferably in a global or agency environment.

Proven experience managing resource allocation for large, complex, multi-market creative projects.

Strong understanding of creative workflows, roles, and deliverables across digital, print, video, and experiential channels.

Proficiency with resource management and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Float, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
