Are you ready to transform complex data into strategies that shape the future of sourcing? We’re seeking a curious, detail-driven, and highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to bring visibility to costing and tariff analytics, commodity trends, and vendor performance across all banners. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner directly with Sourcing leadership to deliver insights that fuel smarter decision-making, strengthen vendor relationships, and unlock new opportunities for value creation.
By leveraging advanced tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL, you’ll curate and analyze large datasets, uncover patterns, and translate findings into actionable strategies that influence cost optimization, vendor performance, and long-term sourcing success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage pricing grids, ensuring updates are accurate and seamlessly integrated across multiple systems to support the Sourcing Costing team
- Build advanced SQL queries and data pipelines to bring together datasets from multiple sources, enabling robust analysis and decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, ensuring your analysis supports strategic goals and delivers meaningful context
- Present compelling insights and recommendations to leadership, making complex data accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting standardization to increase efficiency and consistency
- Support critical operational and financial reporting needs, ensuring leadership has reliable, timely data to guide key decisions
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in statistical and data analysis, with a track record of driving insights and business value
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create clear, effective reports
- Exceptional communication skills—able to translate analysis into actionable insights for all audiences
- Retail industry experience highly preferred

The salary range for this opportunity is $85,000- $100,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors .
