This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility.

Your future tasks will include

  • Understanding the Customer and the Market. Deepening understanding of customer needs, pain points, and desires through user research, domain expertise, market research, knowledge of regulatory norms, and feedback gathering. Ensuring the team is also highly knowledgeable about the context.
  • Opportunities Identification. Conducting various types of analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing customer value and improving organizational outcomes.
  • Aligning Stakeholders. Effectively communicating with stakeholders (customers, business leaders, development team, etc.) to ensure alignment. Facilitating planning activities, gathering feedback, and keeping everybody updated.
  • Delivering Value. Owning the team backlog and aligning it with the company's product strategy. Having the final say in choosing optimal solutions and their priorities, and being responsible for validating that delivered solutions are actually valuable for customers and profitable for the company.
  • Managing and Mitigating Product Risks. Managing and mitigating feasibility, profitability, demand, legal, and other non-technical risks.
  • Ensuring Transparency on Outcomes. Ensuring radical transparency regarding the value and outcomes delivered by the team, as well as progress toward achieving goals.
  • Supporting Go-to-Market Efforts. Ensuring that solutions are effectively delivered to end-users in terms of their value to customers, usability, and profitability for the company.
    You're going to need this to be successful in this role
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Product Management or 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Related areas: Business analysis, Product analysis, Data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and the ability to mentor others in Agile methodologies.
  • Proven successful experience with B2B or internal products.
  • Deep understanding of CustDev and Continuous Discovery habits, methodologies, and Product documentation techniques.
  • Technical proficiency at the level required for effective communication with software developers.
  • Expertise in business analysis, business modeling tools, and techniques.
  • Advanced capability in data analytics, KPI management, and data-driven decisions.
  • Strong storytelling and pitching skills.
  • Ability to think and work independently, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills (at least C1).
