As a Data Governance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our data governance programme within the Corporate Operations Group. You will collaborate with subject matter experts at all levels, contributing to a variety of change initiatives related to systems, processes, and regulatory reporting. Your work will involve implementing, managing, and promoting activities that ensure data is governed effectively. You will help our divisions strengthen their understanding of data, supporting the achievement of business objectives in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

What you offer

  • 1+ years' experience in a governance, risk, or control role within financial services or financial markets
  • A tertiary degree in a quantitative discipline, or relevant experience in financial services or financial markets
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn about technical data flows and data quality management processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Excellent attention to detail when documenting and assessing data and processes.
