Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Strategy & Operations, you will support the day-to-day operational activities, with a particular focus on regulatory horizon scanning, regulatory reporting, tracking obligations, and supporting process improvements. The role offers strong exposure to global regulatory frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Horizon Scanning & Monitoring

Support ongoing regulatory horizon scanning across key jurisdictions to identify upcoming regulatory changes and emerging risks.

Maintain regulatory trackers and summaries to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of new and evolving obligations.

Assist in assessing the potential impact of regulatory changes on the business, and supporting the execution of the requirements.
Regulatory Reporting & Obligations Management

Coordinate and support the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory reports, filings, and notifications.

Maintain accurate records of regulatory obligations, deadlines, and submissions.

Support responses to regulatory requests and information inquiries.
Operational & Process Support

Assist in documenting, maintaining, and improving processes Compliance operations.

Help maintain governance materials, policies, procedures, and control documentation.

Support the use and upkeep of operational tools and trackers (e.g. GRC systems, reporting dashboards).
Project & Stakeholder Support

Provide project management support for regulatory, licensing, and internal change initiatives.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations to gather information and track deliverables.

Prepare materials and updates for internal governance forums and senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
-
3–5 years’ experience in compliance, legal operations, Consultancy within financial services, fintech, or a regulated environment.

Must be a fluent French and English speaker.

Strong interest in regulatory frameworks and regulatory change management.

Experience supporting regulatory reporting and obligation tracking is highly desirable.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarise regulatory developments.

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
