About the job
As a Senior Analyst, Analytics/Insights, you will drive business growth through data-driven insights, designing and delivering actionable dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, media partners, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives, leveraging expertise in data analysis, visualization, and mining techniques. Utilizing Excel, data visualization tools, and other technologies, you will uncover trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic decisions across media delivery, website analytics, social media, and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM).
A Day in the Life:
- Extract, validate, and interpret data from multiple marketing and database platforms, ensuring data quality and hygiene.
- Leverage web and media analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, DCM), customer databases, social listening tools, and research platforms to collect and summarize data.
- Build automated dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau) and PowerPoint reports using summarized data sets, communicating insights effectively.
- Design, implement, and validate media (UTM) and website (GTM) tags for accurate tracking and measurement.
- Derive key findings from analyzing diverse data sources and communicate results orally or in writing, collaborating with senior analytics staff.
- Interpret measurement plans, integrating KPIs and benchmarks into dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science, with coursework in Marketing, Media, and Data Analytics.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing analytics or related fields, with advanced skills in Excel, intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills, and experience with programming languages (R, SAS, SPSS, SQL).
- Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrends, Google Tag Manager) and competency in dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Datorama).
- Ability to summarize disparate datasets leveraging various platforms (Excel, Tableau, PPT, SQL) and proficiency in website and media (UTM) tagging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges using data-driven approaches, with adaptability to changing business needs and fast-paced environments.
- Ability to bridge technical expertise with business understanding, driving informed decision-making and strategic insights.

Salary
$85,000 - $115,000 annually.
