What you'll be doing:
- Determine the financial impact of key business drivers and provide accurate financial modeling to assist management in decision-making.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations for management and board meetings.
- Assist in the annual planning cycle.
- Review and publish management reports.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial analysis & financial statement modeling.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and adapt easily to shifting priorities.
- Excellent ability to summarize analysis and communicate findings effectively.
What we also value (preferred):
- 2+ years in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or equivalent business-related role.
- Working or intermediate knowledge of corporate finance concepts.
- Strong formatting and presentation skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in partnering with business teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Essbase and Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Tableau and OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence).

Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance, provides financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that allows business leaders the ability to measure and achieve their financial goals. This role is responsible for assessing the financial impact of key business drivers, developing accurate financial models, and supporting management in making informed decisions. Additionally, the Senior Analyst plays a critical role in preparing financial presentations, contributing to the annual planning process, and ensuring the accuracy of management reports.
This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.
