You Are:
A Senior Healthcare Account Manager who is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare clients while driving sales of our healthcare IT services and solutions focused on improving care quality, patient engagement, and physician satisfaction. You have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, technology solutions, and a passion for solving complex client challenges through IT innovation.
The Opportunity:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, academic medical centers, and health plans.
- Promote and sell solutions/services including:
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) optimization and integration.
- Cloud-based infrastructure solutions ( Epic to Public Cloud)
- Intelligent Service Desks ( Clinical, Patient-focused, IT) powered by Conversational, Ambient, and Behavioral AI agents
- Integrated SaaS solutions/managed services ( Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce) for hospitals
- Data harmonization and analytic solutions ( in partnership with Microsoft Fabric, AWS HealthLake, Google BigLake/BigQuery)
- Act as the primary liaison for healthcare clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication and trust.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to design tailored AI solutions that align with client goals and compliance needs.
- Drive early-stage project scoping and facilitate smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Continuously track industry advancements in artificial intelligence, healthcare IT, and regulatory frameworks to inform client strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while contributing to team goals and long-term client relationships.
What you need:
- · Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- · At least 7 years of experience in healthcare IT sales or client services (EMR/EHR, or managed services experience strongly preferred)
- · Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- · Proven ability to identify client pain points and match them with appropriate solutions
- · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $135,000-$203,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
