Through powerful consumer matchmaking technology and our expansive portfolio of brands, including TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre Guide, Show-Score, Arthouse, and Secret Cinema, TTG has an intimate understanding of its millions of customers. We optimize partner relationships by providing unparalleled access to engaged audiences to generate meaningful revenue, transforming the way tickets are sold. Life at TodayTix Group

We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there's no script for what comes next.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Above all, you'll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

ARTHOUSE is the latest addition to TodayTix Group's portfolio of brands. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful digital marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show's viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.

We're looking for a strategic and client-focused Senior Account Manager. In this role, you'll act as the primary liaison between our performing arts and live experience clients and internal teams at TodayTix Group, ensuring the seamless execution of their digital media campaigns. You'll be responsible for managing campaign strategy, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that media, marketing, and business objectives align with client goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced advertising and partnerships expert who thrives in a startup environment and wants to shape the future of performing arts marketing. If you're passionate about creating impactful media campaigns and championing TTG's mission of finding a seat for everyone, we'd love to hear from you!

Please note: qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Seamless Cross-Functional Execution: Media, marketing, and strategy teams collaborate effectively to deliver outstanding campaigns.
  • Optimized Budgeting & Resource Management: Campaigns are executed efficiently, maximizing impact within budget constraints.
  • High-Performing Campaigns: Strategies drive audience engagement and ticket sales for performing arts clients.
  • Strong Client Relationships: Clients feel supported, engaged, and confident in campaign execution.
  • Business Growth & Innovation: ARTHOUSE's reputation grows as a premier digital marketing partner in the industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Support account leads for performing arts and live experience clients, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Prepare client presentations, building meets decks, and translating strategy and results into compelling insights.
  • Attend client meetings, capture key action items, and relay them to internal teams
  • Oversee cross-platform media strategies, executed in-house and in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal media buying team members on media reporting, championing learnings and moments of success.
  • Connect the dots between media, marketing, and business efforts, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Advocate for clients internally, aligning their needs with strategy and media team initiatives.
  • Manage client services and project management team members to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • 4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, ideally in theatre or performing arts.
  • Expertise in cross-platform advertising campaigns and digital marketing best practices, preferably from an agency background.
  • A passion for developing strategic, innovative, and effective marketing campaigns.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, driving exceptional client results.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Basecamp, Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus.

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.

We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
