Location: Canberra, Sydney,Melbourne,Brisbane

Clearance: Must be Australian Citizen & Eligible for Baseline Clearance

Job Description:

Rate: Competitive Daily Rates - ASAP Start

Contract:

  • 2 roles until 30 June 2026 (possible extension)
  • 7 roles until 31 March 2026 (possible extension)

What we need from you

ESSENTIAL:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce projects (Experience Cloud desirable)
  • Strong skills in Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, and Documentation
  • Business Process Modelling (BPMN) expertise
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar requirements management tools
  • Australian Citizenship and Baseline Clearance eligibility

IDEAL:

  • Workshop facilitation experience with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Government project experience highly regarded

The Role

Due to major transformation initiatives, the Department is seeking Salesforce Business Analysts to deliver business analysis and process improvement activities across multiple streams of work.

You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to elicit requirements, model business processes, and translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.

Typical Day / Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate business requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
  • Develop process models (BPMN) to analyse and improve workflows
  • Manage requirements and traceability through Azure DevOps
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
