We work with pharma and healthcare organizations where credibility, compliance, and context are essential. For this role, proven experience in pharma and/or healthcare is non-negotiable. Candidates without prior exposure to this environment will not be a fit.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner closely with the sales & vendor assessment team to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Act as the product and domain expert in conversations with pharma and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Translate Curewiki’s value into language that resonates with medical, regulatory, and commercial audiences.
  • Lead technical and product discussions, tailored to regulated healthcare environments.
  • Anticipate objections related to compliance, data use, medical accuracy, and governance.
  • Support RFPs, pilots, and enterprise-level evaluations with confidence and credibility.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to Product, Medical, and Leadership teams.

This role requires judgment, presence, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor, not a feature presenter.

Requirements

    • Senior professional experience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or a closely related regulated environment
    • Strong understanding of how pharma or healthcare organizations evaluate, buy, and deploy digital solutions
    • Comfort engaging with medical, regulatory, IT, and commercial stakeholders
  • In addition, you likely have:
    • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar pre-sales role
    • The ability to simplify complex healthcare and technical concepts without losing accuracy
    • Strong commercial awareness and deal-shaping experience
    • Confidence challenging assumptions and guiding senior stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills in French and/or Spanish and English (additional European languages are a strong plus)
