About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 6–9 Group Sales Coordinators. This role owns the day-to-day execution of the group booking process for B2C inbound leads, from first contact through check-in, while driving performance, consistency, and a strong team culture.
As a passionate leader, you’ll play a key role in coaching your direct reports, assisting in servicing clients, and optimizing processes to meet ambitious revenue and service goals. You thrive in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment and are energized by creating impactful strategies that enhance team productivity, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue & Growth: Consistently meet or exceed department revenue goals, leveraging data-driven strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Build a World-Class Team: Conduct interviews and collaborate with recruitment to hire top-tier talent. Foster a culture of continuous development through team-building initiatives and career advancement opportunities.
- Optimize Processes: Analyze data to inform decision-making, streamline workflows, and implement efficiency-focused improvements across the group booking funnel.
- Foster Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with leaders in Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product, and Revenue Operations to develop innovative strategies and drive results.
- Lead with Impact: Set clear expectations, provide mentorship, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional growth for your team.
- Inspire & Engage: Create a motivating environment with team-building events, contests, and performance incentives.
- Own Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end group booking process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
- Track & Improve Metrics: Monitor performance data, identify trends, and proactively address areas for improvement to optimize team and individual results.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong alignment with our DNA (a must-have)
- 1+ years of experience in managing direct rapports within a sales leadership capacity, preferably in inbound sales, tech sales, SaaS, or hospitality industries.
- 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in inbound sales, tech sales, SaaS, or hospitality industriesProven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and resourceful professional who thrives on ownership and delivering results.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize processes.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, customer-centric outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Compensation
In addition to a competitive base salary, our listed compensation range includes the estimated variable target. Your OTE (on-target earnings) are based on several factors including your experience, expertise, and location. Your compensation package may also include equity. Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Total OTE Range (Base Salary + Variable)
$100,000—$170,000 USD
