As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customer‑facing teams by booking sales appointments, qualifying leads, and helping progress opportunities for our sales organization. You’ll learn the foundations of FinTech, customer engagement, and sales strategy—while experiencing a supportive environment where you can thrive and love what you do every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital outreach to generate interest and book sales appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support pipeline growth, track opportunities, and participate in ongoing training through the Sales Development Academy.
     

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or any discipline that supports strong communication, analytical thinking, or customer engagement skills)

  • Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) and strong motivation to learn, grow, and build a career in a customer‑focused environment.
