We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our fast-growing dental partnership network’s Revenue Cycle team.

As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you’ll play a key role in turning claims into revenue, partnering closely with our Revenue Cycle Manager to support timely collections and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of insurance claims from submission through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and minimal delays in reimbursement.

  • Lead insurance claims follow-up and resolution; tackle outstanding balances with precision.

  • Ensure clean submissions and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.

  • Help drive strategies that reduce accounts receivable days and improve cash flow.

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and streamline processes.

What You Bring:

  • A positive, “anything is possible” mindset

  • 3+ years of dental claims follow-up experience (required)

  • 3+ years in revenue cycle or insurance billing, preferably in dentistry

  • Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental)

  • Knowledge of Denticon and/or Zentist is a plus

  • Strong time management, research, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
