The Retail Banking Marketing Compliance Analyst will work with our client on product design, requirement review, functionality, and tool validation in support of our clients' Compliance AI-based software and marketing review tool. We are looking for a SME who has strong banking/compliance experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for product design, functionality, and tool validation for AI-based software/marketing review tool
  • Validate Data from Banking Marketing
  • Interpret Enforcement Actions
  • Perform Legal Research
  • Design Compliant Content for Retail Banking Marketing

Who You Are:

  • Familiarity with banking
  • Reg Z of Truth in Lending Act (TILA) - clarity of borrowing terms
  • Reg DD of Truth in Savings Act (TISA) - clarity of deposit account terms
  • Reg E in TISA & TILA - clarity of preauthorized electronic funds transfer terms
  • JD preferred but not required given above experience
