Reservation Specialist – Join the Team
Location: Remote /Atlanta, GA
Salary: $21.63/hour
Hours: During training the hours are Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM Pacific Standard Time
After training the operations hours are Monday - Saturday 7AM – 6PM  Pacific Standard Time and all reservations specialist are required to work one Saturday a month on their regular scheduled.

Responsibilities of Reservation Specialist:

  • Create and maintain travel reservations.
  • Respond accurately to inquiries and quotes.
  • Secure reservations and document requests.
  • Recommend solutions for client concerns.
  • Make outbound communications to qualify leads.
  • Provide superior service to all partners.

Requirements for Reservation Specialist:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Learn detailed knowledge of products/services.
  • Quickly master booking and systems.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Previous travel or customer call center experience is a must.
  • Professional customer oriented demeanor.
