Overview:
The Regional Marketing Manager role requires a results-driven digital marketing professional to join our marketing team. The focus will be to work with our sales team and key partners in region to help execute direct and channel campaigns that generate awareness and leads for new market growth through a large installed base and new customer acquisition.
In addition to driving traditional demand generation, this role will also spearhead Account-Based Experience (ABX) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives—partnering closely with sales to identify high-value accounts, craft personalized campaigns, and deliver tailored customer journeys. This is a unique opportunity for a marketer who wants to combine strategic ABM thinking with hands-on execution to create measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will work with our cross-functional teams including Digital, Analytics, Demand Generation as well as the Sales and Business Development teams to develop and launch, analyze and optimize compelling campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable return on investment for Mitel DACH. The ideal candidate will combine an analytical mindset with an ability to help create and drive local campaigns and be our channel partners marketing trusted advisors. The work-model is hybrid or remote so candidates can be located anywhere in Germany
Responsibilities:

Plan and execute field marketing integrated programs (from Mitel or together with Mitel partners) that use a broad mix of tactics including web, email, webinars, events, content syndication, search, direct mail, social media, blog and others

Plan jointly and execute with Channel Partners in respective region annual / quarterly marketing plans & activities, with quarterly review (in close cooperation with sales)

Collaborate on the development of integrated marketing programs to help achieve lead, pipeline and revenue goals and to support major platform launches, global sales promotions, and corporate initiatives

Translate, write and review texts (mainly from the English language)

Manage budget and reseller funding administration and planning

Proactively informing sales on marketing developments, actions and results

Work closely with key stakeholders including Demand Generation, Sales, Channel Partner Marketing and subject matter experts to develop assets and content for campaigns

Day to day contact on marketing initiatives and progress on running actions with regional sales team and Mitel partners

Create campaigns and reports through Salesforce.com and marketing automation platform including setting up and optimizing campaigns; tracking and monitoring the marketing programs performance and ROI
Requirements:
-
A Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or relevant experience

5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably but not essentially in a B2B organization) and ideally including campaigns/lead generation, ABM, marketing automation (Marketo), and Salesforce

Fluent in German and English, French is a plus

Understand and ensure compliance with local data laws

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management

Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization as well as working independently and as part of a team
