Job Description:

Magic Media is a pioneering media, entertainment and tech group powered by creativity and innovation. We have a physical presence in 15 countries and expertize in the areas of art, animation, cybersecurity, game development, software development, VFX and video production amongst others. We work with leading developers and publishers within the games and tech industry, providing support and solutions designed around individual needs and carried out by global experts.

We are currently looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is all about finding great people and creating an excellent candidate experience. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process while working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment. What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
  • Source and headhunt candidates internationally through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, forums, and industry networks
  • Screen CVs and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and supporting candidates throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear job descriptions.
  • Keep recruitment processes organized, efficient, and candidate-focused.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience providing full-cycle recruitment services.
  • Experience recruiting in Gaming, Tech, or Creative industries (strong interest in Gaming & Visual Arts is highly valued).
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA or Msc in Human Resource Management or related fields is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and remote workforce.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a candidate-first mindset.
  • Experience using ATS (Workable is a strong plus).
