Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator in a HYBRID role San Francisco, CA!

You'll be tasked with:

  • supporting our recruiters, helping to build rad teams and partnering wherever needed.
  • Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events.
  • Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc).
  • Be comfortable with the data; running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task.
  • Spread the LOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of prior scheduling experience. Calendar management, high volume scheduling.

Pay Details: $28.48 to $30.89 per hour
