Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
To provide support to the Recruiting department scheduling interviews, clerical and document production
PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Professionally handle incoming recruiting telephone calls, schedule interviews, check the employment line and greet guests and applicants
- Prescreen applicants over the phone and in person
- Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations for 2nd interviews as appropriate
- May assist with uploading documents required for employment verification
- May be required to administer and document drug and background screenings
- Ability to multitask and adapt to complex situation and think “outside the box”
- Word processing and spreadsheet support for administration
- Responsible for administering screening tests to applicants
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Must present a professional appearance and manner
- Brand knowledge and awareness
- Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment
- Assist the Recruiting Department as necessary
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required as assigned by supervisor or manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills and building rapport with employees, management and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and prioritization skills required
- Must be fast learner and quick problem solver
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Power Point, Excel, Project, Windows 2000)
- Typing speed of 30 WPM
- Previous call center / recruiting experience preferred
