This dynamic role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their unique needs, and build strong relationships. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including databases, networking, online platforms, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, work history, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Promote the organization’s employer brand and career opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Five to seven years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with various interviewing techniques.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.33 to $44.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
