You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including databases, networking, online platforms, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, work history, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Promote the organization’s employer brand and career opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with various interviewing techniques.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.33 to $44.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
