Hybrid role: 3+ days in local JLL office per week. Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta preferred.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our team’s priorities include:

• Providing white glove recruiting service to our internal clients and stakeholders
• Supporting the exponential growth of our business by identifying top talent
• Promoting JLL’s brand, values, and culture
• Applying new technology and data to drive change

What this job involves  

Full Cycle Recruiting

• Provide full cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers for a wide range of positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Build and maintain relationships with key partnerships to attract top talent  
• Market JLL’s attributes to perspective candidates
• Regularly analyze and report your success

Education and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, recruiting financial services professionals
• Recruiting experience supporting various regions across the US
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment while managing projects simultaneously
• Recruiting experience with Financial Services, Real Estate or Consulting industry is a plus
• Tech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems; Workday experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
