As a Real Estate Portfolio Director at Flix, you will lead and optimize our diverse real estate portfolio across North America and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Flix's leased properties by driving value through strategic planning, asset management, stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, and operational excellence.
About the Role
Direct & manage real estate activities for the U.S., Canada & Mexico, including the sale or acquisition of owned, leased or licensed properties, income leases or joint ventures Coordinate delivery of real estate projects with design and construction including formulation of capital expenditures & project schedules Manage relationships with brokers, appraisers, consultants, landlords, and government agencies Collaborate cross-functionally to align real estate strategy with operational and financial goals Drive governance, compliance, and process improvements in real estate transactions Travel across North America, up to 40%
About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field (CPA a plus) 10+ years of experience managing large corporate real estate portfolios Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based tools
