Job Description:
Raintree Development Specialist | Full-Time | Remote
H2 Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Raintree Development Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing our Raintree EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system to ensure it meets the operational needs of our clinics across the nation. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our healthcare providers and improve patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and administrative staff to gather requirements and implement system enhancements that align with operational needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training for staff on Raintree functionalities, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.
- Develop, test, and document configuration changes and updates within the Raintree system.
- Coordinate with IT and EMR vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure system integrity.
- Stay informed of Raintree updates and best practices, implementing changes to maintain compliance and improve user experience.
- Coordinate with the IT team on automation projects outside of Raintree to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Significant experience with Raintree EMR required.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
