This person will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and coordination of qualitative research initiatives from kickoff through completion. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, research partners, and recruitment agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts—including recruitment, logistics, timelines, and documentation—across both in-person and virtual research engagements. This is a remote long-term contract working EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project coordination for qualitative market research studies, including in-person, in-home, and virtual interviews
- Review, interpret, and clearly communicate screeners to recruitment agencies to ensure accurate participant recruitment
- Lead kickoff calls with recruitment agencies and provide ongoing guidance to ensure the right respondents are identified and confirmed
- Coordinate logistics for live and in-home interviews, including arranging food and beverage, facilities, and on-site needs
- Set up and manage virtual interviews, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant communications
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines in Monday.com, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked
- Use Monday.com as the primary collaboration tool to manage tasks, communicate updates, and align internal and external teams
- Take clear, concise meeting notes and distribute recaps, action items, and next steps to stakeholders
- Assist with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submissions as needed, ensuring materials are accurate and submitted on time
- Proactively identify risks, flag issues, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of experience managing qualitative market research projects, preferably within an agency, consulting, or research environment
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies, recruitment processes, and screener development
- Proven experience working with recruitment agencies and managing respondent sourcing for research studies
- Hands-on experience using Monday.com for project management, timeline building, and team collaboration
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort leading calls and coordinating across teams
- Experience coordinating logistics for in-person, in-home, and virtual research sessions
- Familiarity with MLR review processes is a plus
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
