Project Manager - Junior
A Junior Project Manager at PCI Energy Solutions leads and coordinates the execution of various projects related to energy production, distribution, and sustainability. They oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control to ensure successful project delivery within defined parameters. Additionally, they serve as a central point of communication, liaising with stakeholders, teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain alignment and drive project progress.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using PCI prescribed systems, tools, techniques.
- Report on a weekly basis and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
- Must be committed to customer service and demonstrate appropriate attention to customer needs and requirements when making decision and taking action.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
