We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This is a hybrid working schedule ( 2-3 days per week in office).

Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

• Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Organizing: Assembling teams, allocating resources, and establishing timelines.
• Executing: Overseeing project activities, monitoring progress, and managing risks.
• Controlling: Ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Closing: Documenting project outcomes, evaluating performance, and archiving project information.
• Leadership: Guiding and motivating project teams.
• Communication: Effectively conveying information to stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving project issues.
• Time Management: Ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
• Budget Management: Controlling project costs and staying within budget.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• PMP Certified
• Strong experiencing in co-ordinating with multiple vendors
• Expertise in project plan development
• Drive projects independently
• Background of experience in Life & Annuity
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
