Title: 3D Project Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $40 - 50 per hour

Job Description:

The CGI team is seeking a seasoned marketing and creative services Project Manager to lead asset production within the Home category. The ideal candidate excels at building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships, managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role requires a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of the process and is motivated to drive impact within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of multiple concurrent CGI projects from intake through creative development, feedback cycles, asset routing, approvals, final delivery, and cataloging within a DAM system; ensure accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Clearly communicate expectations, milestones, and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle to creative contributors and stakeholders; monitor progress, manage resources, and track budgets.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges, communicate effectively with leadership, and apply a solution-focused approach to negotiate timelines, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates and performance reporting to leadership, offering insights, recommendations, and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience working directly with creatives (e.g., modelers, digital artists, creative directors).
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, communication, resource coordination, and prioritization.
• Deep understanding of 3D/CGI workflows and technical knowledge in digital and multimedia production.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering large-scale marketing campaigns.
• Self-motivated and confident in decision-making, with a strong ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
