ABOUT THE TEAM
The CS&D MEE Delivery and Program Office (DPO) is forming a dynamic team of PMO consultants to enhance the pipeline of young talents for SAP's project management roles. Our aim is to elevate the quality and competitiveness of SAP Professional Services by improving cost efficiency and raising project management standards across the MEE market. The Central PMO MEE is designed to offer premium service and act as the right-hand support for project managers in large and complex projects.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS
As a Project Management Office (Junior) Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with project managers to ensure project success across Austria & CEE
  • Supporting project delivery with regional standardized PMO premium services
  • Providing administrative support to Project Managers
  • Utilizing tools like Cloud ALM and Joule to enhance project deliverables and efficiencies
  • Collaborating with your team in both remote and onsite settings to optimize project management methodology
  • Delivering billable services in the MEE region, enhancing the competitiveness of SAP projects
  • Engaging with Market Units for setup, assignments, and collaborative delivery
  • Participating in professional development activities and learning journeys to grow into senior project management roles

YOUR PROFILE

  • A degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a relevant field is preferable
  • Experience in project management or relevant internships
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking
  • Effective communication skills in English & German
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments and show initiative
  • Willingness and interest to apply internal SAP processes and tools and contribute their further improvement
  • Competence in clear, concise, and tactful communication
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Aspiration to develop into a senior project manage

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a central team focused on improving project management methodologies in a collaborative and diverse environment.

The salary, exceeding the collective agreement, starts at a gross amount of €46.000 (excluding bonus) and varies according to individual qualifications and work experience.
