Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Inventory Control Coordinator!

Pay rate: $25.34

Shift availability:  Monday – Friday  8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm and/or 9am-6pm (35 hours per week, schedule will be assigned once in the role - could include weekends)

We are building a new team to support us in driving dropoff success/ compliance, and whose work will help shape the future of our driver product / UX for one of CLIENT’S biggest bets 

Key Responsibilities:

- Support fulfillment for our delivery service and help drive compliance to drop off expectations

- Conduct Photo Reviews of Dasher Photos to train a Machine Learning photo verification model and provide real-time feedback to Runners on bad photos

- Grade and review dropoff photos as drivers take them

- Upload photo scores into our platform for Machine Learning Model training and our upcoming Driver Ratings Product work

- Outreach to Dashers to provide feedback about their photo

- Assist in Dropoff Intelligence Processes and Workflows

- Outreach to customers to encourage providing dropoff instructions on difficult buildings (apartments, multi-tenet units) to help our drivers be successful on dropoff

- Follow our address-matching process to scrape historical CLIENT orders in order to edit dropoff instructions for dashers and adhoc fulfillment investigations

What we’re looking for:

-Must have basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets [mandatory]

- Understand excel formulas, formatting, data entry

- Preferred: Comfortable w/ Pivot Tables, cleaning data and experience pulling data with pre-built queries

- Ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment [making quick decisions, escalating issues]

 - Strong project management, organization and communication skills.

- Should be detail oriented!

- College degree preferred (min must have HS diploma)

Previous work history that would be a good fit for this role:

-Experience with monitoring parcel delivery monitoring and/or fraud (example: UPS/Fedex parcel fraud or compliance)

-Data Entry in logistics monitoring or coordinator Consulting or data analytics with delivery of goods

Pay Details: $25.34 per hour
