Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our IT Change Management Team at TJX Companies. This part-time, remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale business change projects. Position Details:

  • Hourly Rate: $26.10

  • Shift: Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours/week)

  • Type: Temp Assignment (Contract to Permanent)

  • Location: Fully Remote (EST preferred, but open to CST)

  • Work Hours: 3 days a week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for large, complex change management projects

  • Send survey reminders, upload spreadsheets, and schedule team meetings

  • Collaborate with the internal team to complete tasks efficiently

  • Compile, summarize, and analyze project-related data

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including tracking status and monitoring solution adoption

  • Support event scheduling and coordination, including Program Increment (PI) planning activities

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-5 years of project administrative experience in a corporate setting

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint (basic level)

  • Intermediate Excel skills (most important)

  • Preference for candidates with change management experience

Pay Details: $26.10 per hour
