Job Description
Your Role
As a Program Manager - Microsoft at Ingram Micro, you will lead the strategic enablement and growth of Microsoft solutions across our partner ecosystem by leveraging the powerful capabilities of the Xvantage platform. Your mission is to drive platform adoption, deliver customer success, and align vendor and customer goals to boost overall performance and innovation.
This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, vendor collaboration, and solution enablement. You'll work closely with internal teams, reseller partners, and Microsoft stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and build scalable programs that accelerate revenue and platform adoption.
What You'll Do

Serve as a subject matter expert on the Xvantage platform, driving partner and vendor engagement.

Identify opportunities to increase Microsoft solution usage and adoption through data-driven insights.

Support customers with training, onboarding, and enablement efforts to improve digital engagement and experience.

Manage a defined portfolio of Microsoft customers and vendors, developing tailored solution strategies.

Collaborate across the GTM (Go-to-Market) organization to ensure a unified and innovative approach to Microsoft offerings.

Stay ahead of technology trends and Microsoft's product evolution to ensure market competitiveness.

Assist in pre-sales and business development activities including solution demos, technical consultations, and proposal creation.

Provide strategic support to the sales team by crafting value-driven collateral, decks, and messaging around Microsoft offerings.

Proactively engage with customers to understand goals and challenges, delivering solutions that meet their evolving business needs.

Maintain close partnerships with Microsoft stakeholders to remain informed on product updates, campaigns, and market opportunities.

Leverage vendor resources to deliver enhanced value, drive marketing initiatives, and expand channel reach.
What You Bring to the Team
-
2+ years of experience in a program management, sales enablement, or customer success role in the tech industry.

Strong understanding of Microsoft products and/or cloud platform ecosystems (Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.).

Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and vendor teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management experience.

Proactive mindset with outstanding problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer-first orientation.

Adaptability to navigate fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $47,300.00 - $75,700.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
