Job Summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager, Pricing to join our dynamic Cloud Storage & Services Business Unit.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape impactful pricing strategies that drive business success while maintaining alignment with long-term strategic objectives.

By collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, you'll lead initiatives from inception to execution with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing innovative pricing strategies that harmonize immediate financial goals with overarching organizational vision.
  • Driving the successful launch of initiatives by partnering with support teams and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Developing enhancements to products that improve price perception and resonate with the target customer base.
  • Simplifying pricing frameworks to improve customer experience and to accelerate sales processes
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Owning the creation and implementation of long-term product strategies that align with organizational priorities and the needs of customers.
  • Establishing pricing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of changes and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Influencing senior executives across teams to gain alignment on strategic recommendations and priorities.
  • To be successful in this highly visible role, you should be able to work in a dynamic environment, think big, and be comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
  • You should have strong business and communication skills, be comfortable analyzing data to provide data-driven recommendations, and be able to partner with stakeholders to help define key business questions and build solutions that answer them.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, pricing, and/or business development.
  • Experience in the cloud storage and services industry (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred
  • Expertise in owning and driving roadmap strategy, definition, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end product delivery processes effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational credentials.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is 183,600 - 272,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
