On behalf of our financial services client, we are seeking a Product Associate with content migration experience to join the team building their evolving Benefits digital experiences on their mobile application and web platform. You will actively support Product Managers in the full product lifecycle, from writing Agile user stories and backlog grooming to sprint preparation. Your collaboration with design and development will be crucial in ensuring requirement readiness and delivering a highly scalable, intuitive, and user-friendly UX.
The primary focus for this role is the Content Catalog and Content Migration. The Product Associate will be responsible for establishing an official, systematic register of benefits information and leading the migration of content from a legacy platform to a new one. This includes coordinating the movement of content for all card portfolios and hundreds of product codes, conducting in-depth spreadsheet analysis of existing content and metadata, and generating clear documentation for content structures to enable self-service automation and drastically simplify content production.
 
Responsibilities:
Product management

• Work in an Agile development environment to develop phased delivery and go-to-market plans in collaboration with product, technology, analytics, design and business partners.
• Participate in workstreams with partners (strategy, product, design, technology, finance, controls, ops, marketing) on prioritization of delivery roadmaps.
• Support communications with stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Support content delivery process improvement and automation efforts, including migration of content, QA testing for accuracy of content and hand-off's between multiple teams.
• Work closely with a tight-knit team of Product Managers, including the Product Owner.

Content delivery

• Gather and refine requirements to add, update, or remediate benefits content; must be comfortable with working with a complex content structure and the interactions of content with digital, customer facing features.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and Automated Functional Testing (AFT) for testing content changes for both User Interface and Service teams; familiarity with Gherkin is desirable.
• Work closely with Content Management teams to produce content for both QA testing and production deployments; familiarity with Adobe's Experience Manager and Digital Asset Manager is desirable.
• Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure features meet all acceptance criteria and are ready for production.
• Navigate and understand how to use JIRA and leverage all the various tools it provides to help you perform your duties.

Qualifications:

• Adobe Experience Manager and Jira experience is a must have requirement.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience, with focus on content delivery and content migration.
• Experience with Agile product development techniques and practices, including Jira and Confluence.
• Mastery of Adobe Experience Manager.
• Ability to actively work within a team environment while taking individual responsibility.
