The Opportunity 

As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within our Strategic Network Solutions organization. Reporting to the Manager of Product Analysts, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will shape our product strategies. Your work will directly influence product roadmap prioritization, feature development, and go-to-market strategies, enhancing overall product performance and customer experience.

  

Day in the Life  

  • Collect, process, and analyze product data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product data to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in product performance, user behavior, and market dynamics.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs for product performance.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize analysis efforts.

  • Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product analysis.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and methodologies for product data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of product data used for analysis.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of product analysis processes.

  • Assist in implementing tools and technologies to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows. Conduct in-depth analysis of product data to uncover insights and trends.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve product performance and user experience.

  • Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to ensure that analysis efforts align with their needs and priorities.

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of product data used for analysis.

  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

     

  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Three (3) years’ experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Experience in payments processing or financial service experience preferred.

    Experience with User Experience and Product Design preferred.

Pay Equity

$67,700.00

to

$86,300.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
