Job Description

What will you do?

We are looking for an experienced IT professional ready to expand into Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will design and validate cybersecurity solutions for SCADA and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with IEC 62443 and related standards.

  • Contribute to secure architecture design for OT systems.
  • Support deployment and validation during FAT/SAT.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network and security devices.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers.
  • Share knowledge and help train others.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications: ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, CISSP (or equivalent). Bonus: CCNA Security, CISM, CEH.
  • 7+ years of experience in deploying cybersecurity solutions
  • Networking and security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, DMZ). Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and OS hardening.
  • Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850) is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn OT systems and SCADA technologies.
  • Ability to teach and share knowledge, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Valid Canadian driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% nationally.
  • For Quebec-based candidates functional French is required.

What's in it for you?   

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $106,400-$159,600 for candidates who are Ontario residents.

Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
