To complement our team at our location in South Africa, we are looking for a professional, motivated and committed Premium Travel Consultant (f/m/d) in the area of Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Management, effective immediately or by arrangement.
Main tasks
- Advice to our customers – Premium Cardholders – by phone and email in German and English
- Processing of customer inquiries from the creation of offers to the invoicing of individual trips
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels and travel agencies
- Creation of tailor-made offers and travel documents as well as development of travel plans
- Passionate advice and provision of travel experiences
- Active sale of special promotions and exclusive offers
Requirements
What do you bring with you?
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, tour operator or travel agency
- Sound GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge is an advantage
- You are fluent in German, English, French or Italian (any other language is an advantage)
- A strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle
- Interest in gastronomy, events and culture
- You have strong communication skills and love to provide excellent service and quality every day

- Available on a full-time basis (minimum 80%)

Hybrid Working / Remote Working Policies:
Location: South Africa
Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will be asked to work in a hybrid working model – at least twice a week in the office.
