As the Photography & Social Media Coordinator you’ll join Broad Arrow’s Marketing team, responsible for executing its marketing plan within various mediums and platforms on the high-quality collector cars we offer for sale via public auctions or private sales. You’ll bring your deep understanding of automotive photography and videography as well as social media strategy and execution to build out Broad Arrow Group across multiple platforms and geographies.

What You’ll Do:
- Produce and edit individual car, collection, and auction-related video content for Instagram reels, YouTube, Facebook, and additional Broad Arrow/Hagerty marketing purposes.
- Select and prepare images for daily Broad Arrow social media posts across multiple channels with guidance of Director of Media Relations.
- Draft captions for daily Broad Arrow social media posts across multiple channels with guidance of Director of Media Relations.
- Schedule and monitor daily social media posts across multiple channels.
- Post video content to Broad Arrow YouTube channel as needed.
- Manage social media inboxes and moderate comments.
- Assist Director of Media Relations and VP of Marketing in developing brief/plan for onsite video content ahead of every Broad Arrow Auction.
- Produce/film/event video content onsite at select Broad Arrow Auctions and events.
- Draft scripts for produced video content as needed.
- Compile photo shot lists for onsite event photographers based on needs of marketing, press, and social teams.
- Select and compile catalog and event photography for media opportunities and inquiries with guidance of Director of Media Relations.
- Evaluate and organize auction event photography during and post-sale for press, marketing, and social use.
- Compile digital press kits for Broad Arrow Auctions and events.
- Liaise with car specialists to coordinate and orchestrate live auction catalogue photography.
- Follow-up is usually required on the above responsibilities and deliverables.
- Photograph individual lots or collections as needed.
- Maintain the photographer map with contact details, cost, quality, and a representative list of previous lots photographed.
- Process invoices for photo and video shoots and keep track of costs for our budget.
- Receive photography and determine suitability, process accordingly.
- Responsible for photo carousel organization and appearance.
- Assist in acquiring historic imagery early in the consignment process.
This might describe you:
- Technical proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite for photography—Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. Basic understanding of Microsoft systems and Outlook.
- Fluency in using established social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.) for B2C and B2B marketing.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and audience, specifically for classic and collector cars as well as motorsports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in digital media.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in business, communications, journalism, or marketing
- Expertise in motorsports and automotive events.
- Working knowledge of social media marketing and management platforms (i.e. Spredfast, SocialFlow, Sprout etc.).
- Familiarity with membership communities and digital subscriptions.
- Experience in content marketing and optimizing data analytics.
- Ability to do occasional travel

- This role can be worked from any U.S. remote location.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
