As a Pharmacy Solutions Specialist in M3's Ethica division, you'll be at the foundation of our pharmacy consultancy services, supporting our team in delivering exceptional client solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and outs of pharmacy benefits while providing essential administrative and data management support in a growing, specialized field.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Provide essential administrative and data entry support to the Pharmacy service teams under supervision of senior staff
  • Assist with data management in our Pharmacy management system (Epic) and marketing system (Ringmaster) with accuracy verification
  • Support basic administrative responsibilities including collecting renewal information from PBM, carrier and vendor partners
  • Help assemble marketing documentation and client materials under guidance of senior team members
  • Participate in client meetings as an observer to learn processes and develop pharmacy benefits knowledge
  • Assist with basic dashboard reporting preparation and maintain client files in appropriate systems
  • Support daily communication and follow-up activities while building relationships with internal M3 teams
  • Track basic compliance documentation with oversight and participate in educational training sessions

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and/or training is required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally with a positive, adaptable attitude
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and collaborative team approach
  • Familiarity with pharmacy benefits or healthcare industry is a plus
