An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich's dynamic Brand, Marketing and Corporate Affairs team as a Performance Acquisition Marketing Manager (Chapter member).

In this pivotal role, you will lead the acquisition strategy for Zurich's Self-Directed Segment, with a strong focus on our Ezicover direct life insurance, income protection and home loan protection products. Working within an agile squad, you will design and execute high-performing digital campaigns, optimise conversion funnels, and drive measurable growth through continuous testing and improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Own and execute the digital acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimisation.
• Manage end-to-end campaign development to drive leads to conversion, from ideation to execution and performance analysis.
• Leverage data and insights to optimise customer journeys and maximise ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, digital, partnership and creative teams in an agile environment.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop partner marketing programs of work to drive acquisition and improve partner relationships.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Proven experience in a performance marketing / digital acquisition role, ideally within financial services or insurance.
• Expertise in SEM, SEO, social media, digital advertising, funnel management and conversion optimisation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Personalisation, Advertising, Automation, and Journey Building.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing campaigns to drive leads through to conversion
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
• A strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for results.
