About the Role
People Experience Coordinator (all genders) – Parental leave replacement until the beginning of 2027
Temporary, full or part-time · Cologne
Your role
You love working with people and are passionate about operational people issues! This position combines operational HR excellence with a responsive ear for the concerns of all employees. As the first point of contact for people issues, you will support the entire employee lifecycle – hands-on, committed, and with an eye for detail.

How you make a difference
You will actively shape our operational people processes – from employment contracts to references – and be the first point of contact for all employees regarding everyday people-related issues.
- You manage the entire employee lifecycle and create all relevant documents
- You are responsible for payroll accounting (currently in preparation in Personio) and communicate effectively with the stakeholders involved
- You organize the monthly onboarding day – including merch management
- You take care of our benefits such as Urban Sports Club, JobRad, Moovster and WorkFlex
- You manage the office mail and also keep an eye on the mailbox
- You help plan company events and support their implementation (from Christmas parties to offsite events)
- You will be involved in exciting operational projects (e.g. international recruitment, time recording, remote work, parental leave management, benefits)

What matters is curiosity, reliability, and a passion for people-related topics. The following experiences and skills will help you get started:
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree related to HR or administration
- You have already gained initial experience in People Ops or HR administration
- Our internal company languages are German and English. Therefore, you ideally also communicate fluently in German and English.
- Ideally, you already have expertise in labor law
- You enjoy working with digital tools (experience with Personio is an advantage)
- You are structured and work independently and keep an overview even in turbulent times
- Your empathy, sense of responsibility and service orientation make you stand out at work
- You feel at home in a scale-up, like to get involved and contribute your own ideas
- You want to actively shape the energy transition and are passionate about our mission
The framework conditions at a glance:
- Temporary position until the beginning of 2027 (parental leave replacement)
- Start immediately or by arrangement (part-time or full-time)
- Hybrid working possible, regular presence in Cologne is required
